1. Data we collect

When you use this website or request evaluation access, we may collect: your name, work email address, company name, the products you are interested in, and what you tell us about your workflow. If you choose to answer, we also collect how you heard about Qualisera and any referral details you provide. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, and referring URL.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to respond to demo and contact requests, provide evaluation access, send relevant product updates (with your consent), and improve the website experience through analytics tools (PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics).

3. Analytics and cookies

This site sets no analytics cookies and stores nothing in your browser for analytics. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and page speed without cookies. PostHog records how the site is used — pages visited and for how long, and interactions such as links and buttons used — in its cookieless mode: a visit is counted by a privacy-preserving hash calculated on PostHog's servers, not by an identifier kept in your browser. We do not record sessions or what you type, and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.

4. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion. Evaluation account data is retained for 90 days after evaluation access ends. Analytics data is retained per the policies of PostHog and Vercel.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@qualisera.ai. Requests are addressed within 30 days.

6. Third-party services

Website and account infrastructure: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (transactional email), PostHog and Vercel Web Analytics (analytics).

Processing of documents you upload to the product: Anthropic processes document and question text to draft, review and answer; OpenAI processes document text to create the embeddings that make your corpus searchable. Both operate under commercial API terms that do not train on content submitted through the API. No other third party receives the contents of your documents.

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes. Our security and data handling page sets out what each one receives and why.
