By accessing or using Qualisera (including this website and any evaluation access), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Evaluation access is provided for evaluation purposes only and is subject to the usage limits agreed when it is granted. It may be ended at any time without notice. Evaluation data may be deleted 90 days after access ends.

Subject to these Terms, Qualisera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for internal evaluation. You may not sublicense, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the service.

All content, system prompts, and software on this platform, other than third-party AI models and the regulatory texts it holds, remain the intellectual property of Qualisera. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any IP.

Qualisera is a tool to assist qualified professionals. It is not a substitute for expert regulatory advice. All regulatory decisions, submissions, and compliance determinations remain the responsibility of the user and their organization. Qualisera makes no warranty that use of the platform satisfies any regulatory requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualisera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
